Design & Research for a Craft Cluster in Dehradun, India
This is a Design & Research project to study the system of a craft cluster and make it self sustainable by co-developing it with our team, Industry & Artisans taking in account UN's sustainable development goals. This project is done by a team of six masters students under the guidance of NIFT faculty.

Qualitative Research
This research is to analyze customer experience at a shopping mart in an interior area of South Delhi(Neb-Sarai). I have chosen Vishal Mega Mart to do Qualitative Research.

The results of the process lead to worthy insights about the customers’ behavior and their interaction with the products.
In the end, I have recommended a few solutions to enhance customers’ experience at Vishal Mega Mart.
